• Tim Schwarz developed more than 70 AI integrations and an automated governance framework at QVC, showing how one person with the right strategy can make AI safe, scalable, and valuable across the entire organization. He’ll share his step-by-step playbook—including lessons learned, successes, and how any company can move from pilot to production in just 90 days.
