This program is designed for human resource professionals, business owners and managers who have responsibility for corporate culture, hiring and employee engagement.
Attend this workshop to learn how to discover the subtle differences in the way each generation experiences engagement, analyze the generational demographics of your organization, identify generational strengths and apply knowledge about the generations and engagement to a work situation. This workshop will assist you in turning employee generational differences into assets so your organization can thrive through respect, communication and increased productivity.
Carol Hatton-Holmes has held various positions with IBM, SunGard, GTE and Sprint in national account management, human resources and technical service. In 2011, Carol started her own company to assist individuals and organizations on all things generational, including reversal of employee turn-over and succession planning. Carol’s clients include Keller Williams, The Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Drexel University, LeBow School of Business, Arcadia University and the American Red Cross.
