Walnut St. Labs Adds two to Management Team

West Chester’s Walnut St. Labs has added Jeff White and Mark Thompson to its management team. The duo will work in the co-working space’s incubator arm, particularly helping companies commercialize a series of new cloud computing technologies.
White is the former chief executive officer of FingerWorks, which was acquired by Applefor its touchscreen technology in 2005, while Thompson is former chief technology officer of ING Direct, which is now part ofCapital One. Together, the duo foundedMedia Analytics, a market research and intelligence company (that just so happens to be across the street from Walnut St. Labs).
The pair’s experience in negotiating with large enterprise deals was “definitely something we needed,” said Kevin Fleming, co-founder of Walnut St. Labs.
