Small Business Administration (SBA) Financing
The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) is proud to be a leading SBA lender through its Certified Development Company, the South Eastern Economic Development Company of Pennsylvania, (Seedcopa).
Seedcopa was formed in 1983 to facilitate the SBA 504 financing program for growing businesses. Based in Chester County, Seedcopa has grown over the years to meet demands for services, currently offers its loan expertise statewide through banking partners and partnerships with 14 other economic development organizations.
