ccedc, in partnership with the chester county
workforce investment Board and numerous
strategic organizations, has developed and
implemented five industry Partnerships (iPs) to
serve chester county and the region.
IPs collaboratively work to improve the competitiveness of a cluster
of companies. e IPs leverage partner resources to address
common industry challenges such as developing human capital,
accessing financing and developing innovative responses to
emerging trends and opportunities.
Industry Partnership funding comes from private sector
contributions, federal, state and local grant support, including the
Chester County Workforce Investment Board/PA Department of
Labor and Industry. anks, also, to our more than 700 volunteers
