About the Business Resource Center

The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), West Chester University (WCU), and Kutztown University Small Business Development Center (KUSBDC) have partnered to create a space in Coatesville, PA to serve entrepreneurs and small business owners with business coaching services.  These services are free of charge because we believe:

• Entrepreneurship will improve economic development for individuals and communities
• The future of our region depends on our ability to grow successful entrepreneurs, regardless of race, gender, income, or zip code

Mission:
To provide access, support, and guidance to business owners and entrepreneurs from underserved populations and communities.
Vision:
To establish a seamless partnership committed to improving access and opportunity to business resources for underserved populations in Chester County. This partnership leverages the resources of our neighboring universities to deliver an entrepreneurship resource center that provides business coaching services and workshops help small businesses start or grow.

PLEASE NOTE:  Services at the Business Resource Center will be by appointment only to accommodate the schedules of entrepreneurs who may be working additional jobs as they grow or get their new businesses off the ground.
