Photographs/Video/Media Policy
CCEDC (including employees and volunteers) may take photographs/videos at our events and programs. By entering our building, participating in our programs, or attending community events where CCEDC is a vendor or partner, you grant CCEDC permission to capture your image in these photographs/media. CCEDC and its affiliates or those acting with its permission have the permission to use, reproduce and distribute your name, voice, likeness, photograph, and/or any other representation in connection with printed materials or other media it distributes, displays, transmits, or exhibits. Such distributions, displays, transmissions, or exhibits may include but are not limited to publications, newsletters, magazines, brochures, websites, and/or videos for internal or external purposes. Employee, agent and contractor policies
CCEDC requires employees, agents, and contractors who have access to personal information to protect information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Financial transactions processed on the internet or over the phone with CCEDC are secured in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), including credit card processing and token exchange. CCEDC’s financial transaction pages are hosted by a third party, Woo Commerce(Paypal), that is also in accordance with PCI DSS for its financial processing.

Investor/Sponsor Privacy Policy
CCEDC respects your privacy. Your name and address and other information you provide will be used to deliver services and to keep you informed and up to date on the activities of our organization.
