Community Revitalization

Redevelopment in Chester County

CCEDC works with communities and private sector stakeholders throughout Chester County and the region to build strong communities and eliminate unproductive sites and properties.  In turn, these efforts help grow our county’s workforce, meeting the job demands for tomorrow and improving on our county’s strong “quality of place.”

By working with county and local governments, CCEDC helps market sites available for redevelopment.  Our team has a track record of excellence in identifying the resources and connections necessary for site development and can also help identify grants that can transform and revitalize a community.
