Cheyney University of Pennsylvania – Reimagining Cheyney University – Thornbury Township
CCEDC has partnered with Philadelphia-based real estate development company Mosaic Development Partners to revive Cheyney University the oldest historically black college in the United States.
Working with local stakeholders to develop a public, private partnership that highlights efforts to expand internship and workforce opportunities for students and entrepreneurs – that revitalizes the campus and enhances the educational experience of those on campus, encouraging young people to stay and grow their business in Pennsylvania.
Pennhurst Former State Mental Hospital Redevelopment Project – East Pikeland Township
Working to highlight the locational assets of this 120 acre parcel in northeastern Chester County deploying services to assist with the environmental assessment and cleanup along with the demolition necessary to develop an industrial business park. Our efforts underscore that Chester County is an attractive place for businesses to connect, collaborate and grow their business in Pennsylvania.
