Job Title: Facilities Services Manager
Reports To: VP Finance
Job Summary
The Facilities Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, safety, and operations of the CCEDC facilities. This role involves ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and able to support the organization’s strategic and operational goals. The Facilities Services Manager will also be the primary liaison to CCEDC team members, external stakeholders and partners who utilize the conference and meeting spaces.
The Facilities Services Manager will also be responsible for managing CCEDC’s outsourced IT partner and managing all basic individual IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including forecasting expenses for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Manage all contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as required; verify that invoices match contract pricing
- Supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all applicable codes and regulations
- Oversee daily maintenance and operations of all facilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation and construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Review and approve invoices and expenditures related to facility operations.
- Regularly evaluate office configuration and seating orientation to assure maximum efficiency of teams and leaders.
- Handle IT and overall office setup for onboarding and offboarding team members (Network access, email, phone, building access, etc)
- Market CCEDC facilities to the general public and serve as primary “host” for any external users utilizing the conference and meeting rooms
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance projects.
- Serve as procurement agent for securing and purchasing goods and services
- Manage inventory of office supplies (paper, folders, pens, etc) and kitchen supplies (coffee, plasticware, plates, etc)
IT Systems
- Manage and partner with outsourced IT service provider to plan and maintain information systems for all team members
- Regularly meet with senior management to discuss and implement IT systems and solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
- Prioritize information security with backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Purchase and manage all computer hardware and inventory
- Troubleshoot any basic IT needs of team members that may not require the IT service provider
- Oversee Implementation of new technology systems
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Technical Proficiency

Highly self-directed with an ability to manage change and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Working Conditions: This role requires regular on-site presence, with occasional off-hours work for emergency situations or projects. However, once training is complete a partially remote work option, consistent with CCEDC’s organizational policy, is available.

TITLE: Senior Credit Underwriter
REPORTS TO: Seedcopa Managing Director
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To credit underwrite and analyze US Small Business Administration (SBA)/Federal and State loan programs, perform financial change actions, monitor loan disbursements and review/submit appraisal and environmental reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full spread and analysis of Borrower’s financial statements, tax returns and credit information in order to determine creditworthiness in accordance with Federal/State agency and Seedcopa credit guidelines.
- Prepare the full credit approval memorandum, including the above financial analysis as well as the narrative required to summarize and support the loan request.
- Perform internet and other searches to learn Borrower, project or industry background or concerns, in order to assist in the completion of all duties
- Prepare and submit any financial-based change actions required. Examples include the SBA “No Adverse Change” summary and analysis, prior to loan closing, or analysis for a request to increase a loan’s total project
- Work with Bank partners and Borrowers to verify the Bank’s construction and improvement loan disbursement, ensuring that they are in compliance with Federal or State requirements
- Evaluate and prepare appraisal and environmental reports for Agency submission
- Interact by phone, via email or in-person with Borrower, Bank partners or other centers of influence in order to complete responsibilities
- Attend regular online or in-person training sessions to keep abreast of program changes and improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 + years of commercial banking credit underwriting experience, preferably direct experience in SBA 504 or SBA 7a
- Solid knowledge of the commercial lending process
- Attention to detail and well-organized
- Desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce (or other CRM), loan/internet software and paper/electronic files
- Commitment to strong culture of collaboration and cooperation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, which may be via email/text, phone call or in-person
- Highly self-directed with an ability to manage change and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility and productivity.

Job Title: Small Business Services Coordinator
Reports To: Vice President, Development Finance
Job Summary:
The Small Business Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting CCEDC’s commercial lending and technical assistance team which operates in central and southeastern Pennsylvania. CCEDC is seeking an individual with working knowledge of basic accounting or finance who can grow with the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting preliminary interviews with clients to determine their business support needs and referring them to appropriate resources for follow-up.
- Assist clients in completing registrations for business assistance and commercial loan applications.
- Review paperwork submitted by businesses seeking financing and/or technical assistance for accuracy and coordinate with client for any changes and/or additional information or documentation.
- Support the Business Resource Center, Catalyst Loan Fund, and CCEDC partners with data entry and other client support activities.
- Maintain and update records within CCEDC’s loan portfolio through its cloud-based lending platform.
- Prepare periodic reports that summarize lending and technical assistance activity
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and/or seminars and facilitate any potential client follow up from these events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field or a record of experience in these fields is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of business, finance, or accounting experience is preferred.
- Skills:
- Fully literate in Microsoft Suite and Adobe products
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Ideal candidate must be sensitive to diverse clients and their cultures to fully understand their needs
- Willingness to accept direction, work in a team centered environment, and participate in group decisioning processes are skills critical to success
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM software a plus.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
