This program will highlight the current generational landscape business leaders are facing in the war on talent. We will then cover the tactical approach to developing and deploying a competency-based people strategy. We will briefly touch on where to start such a program.

Attendees will be able to walk away with a better understanding of how all generations are pursuing the same life goals. How and what they pursue is quite different. A competency-centered people strategy makes it possible to allow all generations to reach their goals fairly. The key difference to conventional approaches is the effort that goes into the career, compensation, training, and budget planning, We will cover one area business leaders and their HR departments should start with.

This event is geared to our manufacturers as it will be a tour of the Southco facility.
