CCEDC is currently hiring two Program Coordinators to support our Workforce Development Department.

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Reports To: Vice President, Workforce Development

Job Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible to assist with the implementation of workforce development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, including development of materials, documents and reports required for program management and success.
Maintain databases to record participation, activities and training.
Organize and oversee events, presenters, and meetings related to career exploration and training programs, managing all aspects of planning, including announcements, registration, venue coordination, catering, meeting materials, and presentation logistics.
Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including board members, students, parents, and employers.
Support marketing efforts for program activities.
Update and maintain the program’s webpages and social media accounts.
Assist leadership in implementing program activities.
Provide other support and assistance with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proficient in computer skills, with expertise in database management and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communications skills.
Ability to multitask and keep multiple projects continuing, simultaneously.
Ability to complete independently.
Interest in student career exploration activities.

Working Conditions: Flexible to include a hybrid work environment.

Time Requirement: Flexible- 15-40 hours per week (PT/FT – hybrid work environment)
