Avoiding the Great Resignation
March 10, 2022 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
$35Between April and August 2021 alone, more than 20 million employees left their jobs in the US, according to the Bureau of Labor statistics. With nearly 10 million open positions, the trend is expected to continue and retaining quality people in an employees’ market is a challenge for businesses and organizations across IT sectors. One key strategy to retaining good employees is to engage and support team members in meaningful and authentic ways.
Join ITAG as we learn from a panel of business leaders who have been successfully engaging and retaining top IT teams across a range of sectors. The panel will address supporting both remote and on-site teams.
This online learning opportunity will also feature some of the Delaware Valley’s best craft beer and food pairings. A local craft beer connoisseur will share pairing notes, the background on each refreshment, and commentary that will enrich both the tasting experience and the panel discussion.

- Kaela Blanks – Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategist, Wawa, Inc.
