The Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), West Chester University (WCU), and Kutztown University Small Business Development Center (KUSBDC) have partnered to create a space in Coatesville, PA to serve entrepreneurs and small business owners.
We invite you to join us for the grand opening of the 190 West Busines Resource Center and National Black Business Month Celebration.
