Engineering & Manufacturing Job Fair

Did you know that online job applications account for just 8% of jobs filled? We have a number of local employers already lined up to meet their next best hire!
EMPLOYERS
Current students or recent grads from Penn State University, West Chester University, Immaculata University, Ursinus College, Chester County’s Technical College High Schools and the Downingtown STEM Academy have been invited.
Register for a table to meet job candidates seeking full time positions and / or internship opportunities.
Space is limited. Please register up to two company representatives per table using the EMPLOYER TICKET.
JOB SEEKERS
Are you searching for internships or permanent placement and are tired of the black hole of online applications and portals? This job fair will put you face-to-face with employers who are actively hiring for these positions.
Hire One and Penn State University are holding a job fair to connect engineering students and graduates from local colleges with area manufacturers. Manufacturers are also looking to hire people to the shop floor in roles such as: Machinists, Welders, Assemblers, Warehouse Workers, Forklift Operators and more. There will also be a few corporate positions available in areas such as Logistics, Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources.
This event has a capacity of 200 job seekers. Register using the JOB SEEKER TICKET as spots are limited.
AGENDA:
1:30 p.m. – Employer set-up
2:00 p.m. – Job Seeker check-in
2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Job Fair (two rooms will be available at the venue to accommodate one-on-one interviews)
