On-the-Farm Training (OTF) will boost your confidence in serving the agriculture community through your workforce programs.
Who Should Attend?
PA CareerLink®, Workforce Development Board, and Economic Development staff who are on the front lines of connecting job seekers with employment. On-the-Farm Training (OTF) will connect you to your local farmer, and the similarities and challenges that farm business owners experience that are often very similar to those of other, more traditionally-served industries and employers.

Noon – 1 Walking tour of Birchrun Hills Farm’s freestall barn, robotic milking system,
crops and feed mixing, milk processing, and cheese making
